How we work What makes up a roof? FAQs Testimonials Gallery Email us

If this is the first time that you have had to get a roof done or if you have had the unfortunate experience of having had to pay for more than one roof, here is some information about RoofWorks' process.

FIRST OF ALL, WE INSPECT YOUR ROOF FROM THE ROOF, NOT FROM THE GROUND!

This gives us an opportunity to see your roof up-close. Because of this, we can note the condition of the roof in a way that that wouldn't be visible from ground level. (You'd be surprised at how many roofing companies don't do this!) This enables RoofWorks to provide a detailed and accurate quote. At this time, we also provide a detailed work schedule.

WE THEN CONSULT WITH YOU AS TO YOUR PERSONAL BUDGET AND PREFERENCES.

Asphalt shingles are installed on over 80% of most residential homes. This is because they are durable, cost effective and come in a wide variety of colours, textures and styles. Premium quality cedar shakes and shingles are also available. Sloped roofing tiles are also made from metal, plastics and rubber materials.

WE REVIEW COLOUR SAMPLES AND PROVIDE DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS.

Often, the exterior design of your home will do the most to determine the shingle type and colour that is most suitable. Your RoofWorks representative can assist you in choosing the material that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, just right for you.

ROOFWORKS COMPLETES THE WORK IN A SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, WORKMANLIKE MANNER TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

We start one roof at a time. Once we begin work on your house, our crew is there until the project is finished. The only project delay that occasionally occurs is weather related. If it is too hot or cold, or if it starts raining or snowing, we always return the next day if possible. It is not a concern if it starts to rain half way through the workday. We don't remove any section of roof that we cannot make completely water tight the same day.

We always clean up roofing debris on a daily basis. Materials and tools which are left on site are stored out of the way, in an orderly and neat manner.
